1) How do I calculate the shipping costs?
If you want to calculate the shipping cost, just add all the products you would like to purchase to the basket, select your country as destination and the web site will calculate the shipping cost automatically. If the items are all available, the delivery will take from 3 to 5 working days, thanks to UPS Express Courier.
2) Do you deliver outside the EU?
We only deliver within the EU. The shipping cost is going to be very expensive and also you're going to be charged for import taxes as well as by local custom. Also, we won't be able to give you free assistance in case the product needs it, in fact, we cannot ship an item with the invoice = 0 so you're going to end up paying all the time.
3) Can I get a discount or a promotional voucher?
We are afraid but it is not possible to apply any further discount to our prices because they are already more convenient compared to any other normal shop.
From time to time we offer exclusive promotions and discount vouchers to customers who are signed up to our newsletter. If you have already received a discount voucher, enter it in the proper field and submit it in order to benefit from the price reduction.
4) If I can’t find the product I want on your web site, would it be possible to order it?
If you are looking for a product that it’s not available on our web site, it might be possible to order it for you. Just send us an email specifying what you are looking for and we will get back to you to inform you about the availability, the estimate cost and the waiting time.
5) Where can I find your stores?
Bimbomarket is an online store based in Rome, Italy and there aren’t any shops where it is possible to view the products and buy them directly. The only way to buy is by placing an order on the web site. We deliver throughout Europe thanks to UPS Express Courier.
6) I bought a product in another shop. Can I buy spare parts from you?
Even if you purchased an item in another shop, we can order spare parts for you. You just need to send us an email specifying the year of production, the model and the brand: your request will be forwarded directly to the manufacturing company. We will get back to you to inform you about the availability, the estimate cost and the waiting time.
7) Can I track my order online?
To track your order and see your order history, log in to our web site in “ My Bimbomarket “ and this will show you your orders. You will be able to see your order status and see if it has already been dispatched or not.
8) Will the courier call me before delivery?
We are afraid but it is not UPS’s policy to call before delivery. You can specify in the notes of your order the time you prefer for delivery but we cannot guarantee that UPS will respect it.
9) If one or more items in my order are available in 25 working days, will I receive all at once?
If one or more of the items you ordered are available by order in 25 working days, the order will be dispatched only when all the products are available: this is to make you save on shipping. As soon as all the items are available, you will receive a dispatch of order email.
10) How long does the guarantee last?
All products sold on our web site are subject to a 2 year guarantee. The guarantee only covers manufacturing faults or defects and it can't be applied if the product has been misused or mishandled.
11) Is it possible to change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched?
The delivery address can only be changed before the order is dispatched.
Once the parcel has been collected by the Courier, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address. In this regard, should the delivery to the address entered while placing the order, not go through, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund of the products exclusive of the shipping costs or any incidental expenses.
12) What should I do if I receive one product damaged?
If the product you have received is damaged, you only need to contact us straight away, simply by sending us a message through your reserved area: log in to our web site and click on “ Assistance “ , give us as many information as possible and attach some pictures of the problem occurred to the product and our after sale service staff will deal with the matter as soon as possible. We would like to remind all our customers that any damage or defect have to be reported within 7 days from the day of delivery.
13) What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exert the right of withdrawal within 10 working days. You only need to send us a communication by fax or registered mail and send the product back covering the shipping cost. The item must be returned in its original undamaged packaging and saleable condition, inclusive of all its components and accessories. Once the item has been returned, you can claim the refund or get a voucher of the same value of the item returned.
14) I cannot view the web site pages properly, what should I do?
New Bimbomarket is a totally innovative web site, conceived to make your search and your purchases easier, following the latest technologies ( such as Flash and Javascript ).
Therefore, in some case, in order to view the updated version of the pages, it is necessary to empty the cache. Below are instructions on how to empty your cache depending on the breowser you use:

- Now, beside "Time range to clear", click "Everything".
- Click on Details and select only Cache.
